WHAT ARE COLOR MASTERBATCHES?

HOW ARE COLOR MASTERBATCHES PRODUCED?
The manufacturing process of color masterbatches can vary widely based on the unique requirements and applications of each customer. Typically, the production of color masterbatches involves three main stages. Firstly, identifying and weighing pigments and additives. Secondly, heat treating and mixing these pigments and additives into a carrier resin or polymer, typically by using twin-screw extrusion. Finally, the concentrated mixture is formed into granules, powders, and other color masterbatch vehicles through cooling and shaping.
